The Text element is used to display text from a separate file.

Formatting options
Text can be in RTF or HTML 2.0 format. The following formatting options are supported:
- Font size
- Color
- Style (bold, italic, underline, superscript, subscript, hidden/invisible)
- Character and line kerning
- Paragraph indents, tabs and alignment
- Pictures

The following is an example html page formatted for iShell's text element. We'll be using the Steelfish font, available via Dynamic Font Loading.
This html file, when displayed as a Text element in iShell, will look like this:
Hot text
